Funding from the North Eastern Skin Research Fund plays a crucial role in supporting the early stages of research projects. This initial funding enables researchers to secure larger, competitive grants that drive ongoing advancements. Without this early support, many projects that have deepened our understanding of skin disease and contributed to improving treatments would not be possible.
